General Club Registration Information


Online registrations are processed through DebateAble web page or the club's school (depending on school policy) and confirmed when paid by Visa or Mastercard. To make arrangements to register and pay by check, or to request a scholarship, please email us.


If the club you want is full you will be put on a wait list and contacted if a space becomes available. There is no charge to be on the wait list.

Cancellation and Refunds

If a club is cancelled due to under-enrollment, full payment will be refunded. If a student withdraws prior to the first club meeting you will receive a 100% refund, minus $5 administrative fee. If a student withdraws after the first but before the second meeting you will receive a 50% refund, unless the spot can be filled from the wait list, in which case you will receive 100% refund minus $5. No refunds issued after the second meeting.

Behavior Policy

While extra-curricular clubs are intended to be fun and engaging, students are still expected to behave respectfully toward their coach and fellow debaters. If a student is continually disruptive to the point of preventing the coach from conducting the meeting, DebateAble reserves the right to ask the child to drop the club. Parents will be given a formal warning before these measures are taken.

Image Waiver

Photographs, video and audio recordings are sometimes made during club meetings or competitions for teaching and advertising purposes. All debate families will be asked to review and sign waivers for use of such images with an electronic signature at the time of registration.
